Currently, we can hold up to 6 people. Our boats are approved for 14 pending coast guard approval. We are hopeful we will have this clearance before the thick of summer!

The best way to check availability is to use our 'book now' button and check your number of guests with the date you are looking for and select a time that allows for your party to join us on board.

You can book two time slots and go for double the time. You must book a private tour for both slots in order to stay out on the water the entire time.

We recommend everyone pre-book online as walk-up availability is never guaranteed and is hard to come by!

We do operate in rain as the tiki boats are covered. however, the captain can decide at anytime to cancel due to weather conditions such as heavy wind or lightning.

Cancellations requested 10 days before booking will be refunded. If you book a tour within 10 days, you will not receive a refund. Canceling your reservation after the 10 day window is non-refundable. This includes arriving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, arriving late, exceeding the weight limit, forgetting your id, no shows, personal emergencies or personal mishap. If Original Tiki Tours℠ has to cancel the reservation due to inclement weather or any other reason, you may reschedule or receive a refund. Weather cancellations are determined only by original tiki tours℠. Weather must be inclement at our location at your specific scheduled time.  No exceptions. Thank you for understanding our policy.

The tiki cruises slowly at around 4-6 mph

Yes! Everyone on board is required to have a paid seat, regardless of their age. we have life preservers for everyone on board except children under 50 pounds. children 12 and under must wear a life jacket at all times. We have 3 life preservers for children 12 and under that weigh over 50lbs . If the child is 50lbs or less you must provide your own life preserver for them – babies included

We love dogs, as long as you are on a private charter and fido has a life preserver.

Unfortunately, you can not swim off of the boat.

Yes, we do have bluetooth-capable stereo systems that can sync to your phone and choice of music.

We do not provide any food or drink, however, you may bring your own and use the provided cooler, cups and ice onboard the boat.

There is a private bathroom facility onboard.

All our captains have been vetted, trained and strategically chosen based on their experience with boating and knowledge of the lake.

Our captains and deckhands work for tips, gratuity is greatly appreciated.

Please plan to be at least 15 minutes early for your tour! Parking can be difficult so please leave ample time for your party to find parking and make it down to the dock for disembarkment. We will not wait if you are late. our tours must leave on time.

You are responsible for staying under control and abiding by our behavioral agreement. If the captain determines your behavior is inappropriate you will be removed from the tour without refund and appropriate measures will be taken.

Yes, so long as you book the private tour option you will have the tour to yourself and can bring up to 16 people on board. All guests sign our waiver.
